Project Problem Statement

Rock's existing website, while matching branding, lacked the level of professionalism required to enhance the business online. The menu and content also lacked a clear structure to help with regards to search engine optimisation.

Project Outcomes

The Rock Electrical website redevelopment has been a fantastic process and testament to client-business relationship.

Josh placed the trust of the main design and content creation process to Wakeford Digital, who touched base when required, but was satisfied in the initial concepts as well as the proposed website structure.

We feel the outcome of the newly launched Rock Electrical website can be summarised with the word 'relevance'.

The visual design instantly, and purposefully, communicates industry - a professional, electrician service in Hobart - yet still holds true to the existing Rock Electrical branding through elements such as colour and text.

At its core are the service pages, expanding on the previous website to provide much more detail through subheadings and combining two semi-related services.

With a strong SEO focus in mind (stay tuned for the upcoming full digital marketing Hobart case study on the full scope of works and result for Rock Electrical), each service page has a clear heading one tag, meta title and relevant sub headings.

Smaller gestures like the FAQ page and expanded homepage also help compliment the wider SEO strategy for the local business.

Overall, we're really pleased with the design and structure of the Rock Electrical website and have already seen some initial, highly positive results in terms of enquiries and SEO impact.
