Filming Hot Mat and Yoga Content with Happi Studios

We were back with the team at Happi Studios this month, and this time things got a little warmer.

After filming their Pop Up Pilates at Peppina event last year, it was great to head into the studio and spend a day capturing their hot mat and yoga classes in action.

This shoot focused on vertical video for social media. We planned every shot around how people actually watch this content: on their phone, scrolling through Instagram or Facebook.

Alongside the class footage, we filmed a series of piece-to-camera clips with key members of the Happi team. These clips let people meet the faces behind the studio before they walk through the door, which goes a long way for a business built on community.

Once filming wrapped, we cut the footage into two sets of content: a library of raw clips the Happi team can use whenever they need, plus a series of curated reels ready to post.
